To make your stay enjoyable and ensure comfort for everyone, please follow these rules:

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Late check-out only upon request.

2. Quiet hours

• 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please keep noise to a minimum and respect the neighbors.

3. Smoking 🚭

• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• You may smoke outside using the ashtrays provided.

4. Pets 🐾

• Pets are welcome upon request only and must be supervised at all times.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused.

5. Cleanliness & care

• Please leave the house tidy.
• Do not move furniture or decorations.
• Handle appliances with care.

6. Safety 🔑

• Always lock the door when leaving.
• Turn off lights and electrical devices when not in use.

7. Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• No additional visitors without prior approval.

8. Waste & recycling ♻️

At the end of your stay please placeable your waste in the bins located in the courtyard
